    My family has been going here since before Primo actually existed when the owners managed Original Pete's down the street. When they came back and opened Primo, we had to support them. They always had the hospitality aspect perfect, and Rula is so sweet and friendly. I like their salads and pizza options. My only complaint, and it has only been the past few months, and I think a trend since I have noticed this with other pizza places as well, is that there is suddenly too much cheese on the pizza. Now I ask for light cheese, and it is just the right amount (not really light, but what would have been normal a year or so ago). I hear the other food is good, but I always come for the pizza. I also like that the owners clearly care about who they hire. The waiters take time to get to know their customers. We have had a few "regular" waiters over the years who get to know our orders and will sometimes have our drinks out for us as we get to our table if it's not too busy. It creates a friendly ambiance, and I love the recent update to the menu comparing Primo to the Cheers theme song, because that really is how it feels, so if that is something you value, and you like pizza, you need to try out Primo!

    This is our go to spot for family outings. The location is great as we can walk from our home. The food is great but the Golden Eagle burger is where it is at. I've tried all the other items on the menu but I always return to this. Try it out! Prices are a little high - not gonna lie. The staff and service is always good. Haven't had a bad experience yet. The owners are very welcoming every time we visit. The ambiance is sports bar-ish but not in a bad way. The outdoor patio seating is nice and they having working heaters when it gets chilly. Highly recommend to check out this local joint!

    I've lived in Roseville for over 20 yrs. and I apologize to Primo for not coming sooner. I'm here now after a friend had referred me. The 1st visit was for take-out. Unfortunately, my wife and I had called multiple times during the evening to call-in our our order and no one answered. I risked a chance driving to the location and there was a sizable crowd dining and waiting, but even standing at the bar after being told to place me order at the bar. I can see many employees passing by me with no words, a young girl near the register, phone ringing non-stop, but she was socializing with the bar people. Kind of an immediate turn off and I was about to walk out the door. Patiently I waited and finally placed by order in on the Thunder Burger and Primo Club, which I brought home. My wife and I enjoyed the food, it was very good, but is pricey $15.99 for each. A few days later, early afternoon, I returned to try and order a pizza. Luckily, the crowd and way less than previous visit. Ordered the margherita pizza regular crust $24.99 I think it was for a medium size. Again, the price is considerably expensive for a medium pizza, not a large or extra large. Don't get me wrong the food is very good and compliments to the cooking staff. Will I return, that is still out for the jury to decide and I will recommend to other friends/family, but forewarn them about the pricing and if they call in the evening and no one answers the phone. The business is open, but something is failing on their end for not answering the phone. Just know I am just providing my personal experience as a newbie.
